Recareering™ for the Second Half of Life

Did you know that:

  • In the U.S. there are 76 to 80 million people—the Boomers—who were born between 1945 and 1965?
  • Over one million of these people will live past the age of 100 and over ten million will live past the age of 90?
  • A woman who reaches age 50 cancer free, can expect to live to 93.
  • By the year 2020, 20% of the U.S. population will be 65 or older.
  • Between 1995 and 2050, Americans aged 85 and older will increase from 3.6 million to 18.2 million.
  • Few of the Boomers will have the employment equity necessary to retire in the traditional sense.
  • Few people die of old age, but rather from the consequences of failing to maintain good physical and mental health.

Do you fall into this category?  If the answer is yes, you have some serious considerations to make; and the sooner the better!
